Emanuel Ungaro Says Goodbye to The Norwegian Designer Peter Dundas

The French House Emanuel Ungaro announced last Friday, July 6, the Creative Director of its feminine ready-to-wear line, Peter Dundas would be fired within two days. Apparently the Norwegian (in the photo along with Gemma Ward and Lily Donaldson), which entered into Ungaro in March 2006, has not fulfilled the expectations of the House, eager to find a worthy heir of its founder who manages to revitalize and modernize the heritage of the brand.

According to FashionMag.fr all rumors suggest that it will be Frank Boclet, the creative director of ready-to-wear men’s signature, the suecesor of Dundas. And it will be already the third following the departure of the own Ungaro as designer for less than 10 years. Before Dundas, was Giambattista Valli chosen as suecedor of the French couturier.
